As the misty coastline slowly fades and slips away, Norway becomes a distant shore again.
The time has come to say ha det bra.
On this – my first visit to a Nordic country – I have discovered much more than I ever could have foreseen. It has been a deep, unforgettable experience.
I have seen nature so unimaginably unspoiled and serene, carefully preserved and openly shared by a responsible population. Yet so delicate – easily disturbed by the errors of other countries and nations.
I’ve been spellbound by the lovely intonation and melodic sounds when the Norwegians speak their language.
But above all, I’ve been mesmerized by a people so calm, level-headed and gentle in their ways, yet so very private and reserved. A nation so nature orientated and environmentally concerned that one cannot but leave with a revised perspective.
Thank you, Norway. It was good.
If luck prevails I will return one day.
Tusen takk.
Ha det. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀ ⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
