I don’t often share people photos, but there are a few from our Northern Cape road trip that stand out. Can you hear the silence in this photo? Deep in Namakwaland, small house in the veld in the middle of nowhere, a fire, some boerewors, and a very special man. My always young best friend, my hero, my road trip partner in his Belgian t-shirt. What a privilege to live and travel and laugh with him.
